Ukrainian Relief Fund
February 2022 marked the initial invasion of Ukraine by Russia. Since then, Ukraine has valiantly defended its country as Russia refuses to retreat. Please consider donating to help support Ukrainian refugees and the Polish organizations on the ground who continue to help each day.
Poland is welcoming refugees from Ukraine seeking safety from the Russian invasion. To date, more than 8 million Ukrainian refugees have crossed the border into Poland, and many more continue to cross. Relief agencies in Poland are rising to the occasion, providing food, clothing and shelter, and placing these refugees with Polish households. The special Ukrainian Relief Fund of the Polish Institute of Culture & Research is accepting donations to assist in this cause.
Monies donated to the Polish Institute of Culture & Research – Ukrainian Relief Fund will be sent to the charitable organizations listed below in Poland to aid in their efforts to support refugees from Ukraine.
Polskie Centrum Pomocy Międzynarodowej (PCPM) (Polish Center for International Aid)
Polska Akcja Humanitarna (PAH) (Polish Humanitarian Action)
Fundacja Ocalenie (Ocalenie Foundation)
Polska Misja Medyczna (Polish Medical Mission)
Caritas Polska (Caritas)
Polski Czerwony Krzyż (PCK) (Polish Red Cross)
